Set within the wooded slopes of Gatlinburg, the new three‑story, 24‑unit Westgate T‑Cabin prototypes blend the rustic character of the Smoky Mountains with a refined, modern aesthetic through warm timber tones, stone accents, and expansive windows that frame surrounding views. PARTI reimagined the existing cabin concept to create a more efficient and cost‑effective prototype, analyzing previous drawings to simplify assemblies and refine materials while preserving the brand’s signature mountain‑lodge feel. Close collaboration with the owner and contractor led to targeted adjustments that reduced construction costs without sacrificing comfort, texture, or guest‑focused functionality. The result is an optimized, cohesive cabin design that maintains Westgate’s rustic‑modern charm, supported by clear documentation and thoughtful detailing, with construction slated to begin in February 2026.
